Advise on state and federal privacy laws, DOJ outbound data transaction rule, state AI laws and regulations

Respond to ransomware or other cybersecurity incidents and/or a government inquiry inquiries

Qualification

Required

Three to five years of privacy, cybersecurity, and/or AI experience at a large or specialized firm

Experience in crisis management (e.g., responding to ransomware or other cybersecurity incidents and/or a government inquiry)

Strong analytical and writing skills

Exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills

Ability to function smoothly in a global-team environment with culturally diverse team members

Admitted and a member in good standing of the Bar in the state of employment
