CareView Communications, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Operations Analyst to communicate and coordinate with customers for product integration across various network configurations. The role involves managing networking and server systems, designing network solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Work with client to plan, implement, integrate, and support CareView within the client’s infrastructure
Design and implement appropriate IP addressing, routing, and VLAN networks based on client requirements
Coordinate with CareView Development, QA, and Support teams to investigate and resolve problems
Recommend changes to products and services to fulfill customer needs
Manage in house networking and server systems
Must be an independent worker

Required

Network architecture and analysis skills
Linux and Kubernetes experience
Ability to organize and document
Background of solving complex problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong experience with networking (subnets, routing and VLANs, DHCP and DNS)
Strong experience with Linux and scripting languages (bash/python)
Experience implementing security best practices
Experience with Kubernetes technology
Must be an independent worker

Preferred

Experience with Debian package management
Experience with automation technologies (Ansible preferred)
Experience with Centralized system monitoring/alerts (Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana preferred)
Familiarity integrating Electronic Medical Record ADT feeds (HL7)
Experience with DOCSIS and CMTS technologies
Experience with Windows desktops (8, 10, 11)
