Responsibilities

Perform on-site preventive maintenance for robots and charging stations

Troubleshoot and execute on-site repairs, including preparation and necessary equipment management

Conduct onsite testing and physical inspections of robots to diagnose root causes and perform necessary repairs and validation

Manage and nurture on-site customer relationships, ensuring smooth and efficient robotic operations

Assist customers with handling non-hardware-related escalations on-site

Analyze robot data to identify early signs of component degradation

Maintain detailed records of work performed and ensure accuracy in documentation

Complete service reports and manage support tickets in Salesforce

Provide additional remote technical support and Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities as required

Required

Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar hands-on technical role or demonstrable technical aptitude. Robot-specific training will be provided

A valid US driver's license

Proficient with mechanical hand tools and multimeters

Prior experience in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs

Must have the ability to frequently bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach as part of the job requirements

Maintains a strong work ethic and a consistent attendance record

Must be adaptable to working in warehouses that may or may not be climate controlled

Self-motivated, with a strong problem-solving ability in both independent and customer-facing scenarios

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
