Responsibilities

Drive top line sales for the region. You will adapt the Sonance professional strategy to the region and be responsible for its execution. Set clear goals for Rep firms and report sales monthly
Develop, manage, and optimize relationships with our commission-based rep firms. Ensure they have the training, tools and motivation to represent Sonance at the highest level
Partner closely with Channel Marketing, Sales Engineering, Inside Sales and other regions to deliver a consistent partner experience across regions
Drive execution across all channels — professional AV dealers, consultants, architects, end users, developers, distributors and key influencers — to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top customers, industry partners, and decision-makers to expand market presence and influence
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and deliver market share growth
Oversee pipeline management and forecasting within region to ensure accuracy, accountability and efficiency

Required

10+ years in Pro Audio/AV sales or management
Proven track record of working with leading rep firms
Proven track record of driving sales team success
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth plans
Expert at cultivating partnerships at all levels
Strong understanding of professional audio solutions
50%+ willingness to travel domestically
