Assistant Project Coordinator
Milevista Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support their onsite project management team in Los Angeles. This role involves coordinating tasks across multiple teams and assisting in the smooth execution of client projects and events.

Responsibilities
Assist project managers in scheduling, tracking, and organizing tasks
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure project information is clear and up-to-date
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners as needed
Help with onsite project and event setup, logistics, and follow-up
Maintain organized project files and internal tracking systems
Provide general administrative support to the project management team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Professional, reliable, and able to work onsite in Los Angeles
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree
