Required

Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study

Preferred

Master of Laws in Taxation preferred
Experience with private equity ownership structures
Knowledge of U.S. tax concepts and classifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in automation and digitization
Building and utilizing client relationships
Supervising teams for tax compliance
Coaching staff with meaningful feedback
Developing new relationships and selling services
