Growth Advisor / Inside Sales Account Executive
Cloud Title is a modern, AI-powered title company transforming how real estate transactions are handled. They are seeking a Florida-based Growth Advisor who will focus on converting agents into loyal partners, prospecting listing agents, and responding to inbound calls from sellers and agents, all while maintaining a strong follow-up discipline.
Responsibilities
Call, text, email, and follow up consistently
Introduce the Safe Listing Program
Convert buyers’ agents into listing partners
Build long-term relationships powered by value, not lunches
Contact Florida agents who list 8+ homes per year using: Phone outreach, Email sequences, Social/digital follow-up campaigns, Direct mail conversations
Enroll them into the Safe Listing Program
Educate sellers on the Safe Listing Program
Enroll sellers into the offer
Guide sellers on how to tell their listing agent they're choosing Cloud Title
Maintain pipeline communication until listing
Maintain daily call/text/email cadence
Log activity in CRM
Hit daily and weekly KPIs
Move people through funnels and into transactions
Qualification
Required
Must live in Florida (remote work allowed)
2–5 years experience in sales, inside sales, or outbound customer engagement
Excellent phone presence and spoken communication
Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
Tech-savvy mindset (CRM, texting platforms, call systems)
Preferred
Real estate, title, mortgage, or insurance background
Familiarity with Florida markets or common real estate terms
