Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration experience
Strategically pair contractors with clients to foster successful, long-term working relationships
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and contractors, providing ongoing support to cultivate strong, productive partnerships
Oversee a roster of clients with a focus on retention, account growth, and maximizing engagement duration
Proactively identify areas to expand services, leveraging your financial expertise and a growth-oriented mindset
Offer clients clear, strategic guidance on accounting and bookkeeping practices to help them navigate financial challenges
Address and resolve client or contractor concerns, escalating matters when necessary to ensure timely solutions
Collaborate on contract updates, renewals, and terminations as needed to support evolving client needs
Effectively balance onboarding responsibilities with ongoing relationship management across your client portfolio
Deliver timely, professional communication and provide constructive feedback to contractors to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Utilize tools such as GSuite, CRM systems, and other platforms to streamline workflows and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
Support clients and contractors in developing self-sufficient, well-structured engagements through resources, training, and coaching
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive process enhancements, and elevate the overall client experience
Stay proactive and innovative by leveraging technology to boost efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
1–2 years of client relationship management or account management experience
Working knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
Proven ability to build strong client relationships, communicate effectively, and manage engagements in a virtual environment
Proficiency with technology tools (GSuite, CRM platforms, and collaboration systems) and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and identifying growth opportunities
