Responsibilities

Act as a Business Analyst supporting Federal Healthcare projects
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work closely with business users, SMEs, and federal stakeholders
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases
Support projects related to Medicare, Medicaid, and/or VA Health Plans
Participate in requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and reviews
Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure business requirements are met
Ensure compliance with CMS, federal healthcare regulations, and standards
Support Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

Required

Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance
Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong Federal Healthcare experience: Medicare, Medicaid, and/or VA Health Plans
Hands-on experience with: Claims processing, Enrollment & eligibility, Provider management, Benefits & policy rules
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
