Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Stores leadership and cross-functional teams (Operations, Merchandising, HR, etc.), influencing decisions that optimize financial performance

Lead close, budgeting, and forecasting for Stores, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate store performance, labor productivity, and investment opportunities

Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership

Partner with business leaders to translate operational strategies into financial outcomes, ensuring accountability and transparency

Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and business partnership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in retail and highly matrixed organizations

Exceptional ability to influence and build relationships across functions and levels

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Anaplan, BI tools)

High business acumen with a strategic mindset and operational understanding
