Performing the work of a Veterinary receptionist (client education, efficient patient scheduling, client and patient reception, phone triage, calm collected demeanor, attention to reception and lobby environment, creative problem solving skills, etc.)

Provide education, coaching to clients on pet care and the support needed to care for their pets

Work in a collaborative team environment

Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, some weekends, and some holidays
