Responsibilities
Partner with carriers to function as a trusted advisor, by understanding their business and developing a roadmap to leverage analytics opportunities to achieve our client’s strategic goals through a long-term engagement plan
Develop long-term trusted relationships with executive / key client stakeholders
Collaborate with the data science team to develop advanced predictive models and exploratory data analyses that will unveil key data insights
Identify, drive, and lead solution-based initiatives supporting customers
Be a key communicator of analytical results and insights to various collaborators across the company and customer base
Support responsibility for the integration of data science, data engineering, and solution architect in support and execution of client strategic engagements
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
Ability to work effectively with executive partners
Customer advocacy and passion to educate and deliver value through analytics
Expert ability to translate complex analyses and concepts to non-technical audiences within and outside of the organization
Strong verbal communication skills across diverse set of roles including executives, managers, underwriters, actuaries, data scientists, IT, and Insurity team members
Excellent written communication skills demonstrating the ability to create succinct, compelling audience-relevant documentation
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate and work autonomously
