Deal Desk Manager, Partner Operations

As Manager of the Deal Desk, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for large opportunities, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deal execution and driving impactful contributions from partners.

Responsibilities

Lead deal support for high-value opportunities ensuring structure, clarity, and timely execution
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across proposal teams, Partnership Advisors, communications, legal, and finance to align objectives, streamline processes, and produce compliant, accurate, and clean proposal products that improve our win rates and reduce cycle time
Develop and maintain deal frameworks, templates, and best practices to drive operational consistency and efficiency, building long-term capability
Analyze partnership opportunities and provide insights that inform decision making, pledge strategy, and risk assessment
Report on pipeline and deal progress for executive leadership, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement
Continuously improve deal processes to increase efficiency, enable scale, and ensure the right knowledge is acquired at the right time

Required

8+ years of experience in deal desk operations, business operations, strategic partnerships, or related fields
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional deals or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a drive for operational efficiency
Ability to identify trends and commonality across opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas clearly and concisely
Solutions-oriented, principled, and motivated by contribution and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a multifaceted organization to create a world class experience for our donor partners
Proficient with project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
