Responsibilities
Manage healthcare defense litigation matters from discovery through trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, and other defense-focused legal documents
Conduct legal research and factual analysis to support defense strategy
Collaborate with senior defense attorneys and internal teams on healthcare matters
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings related to healthcare defense
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Nevada Bar license required
Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple healthcare defense matters independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred, especially in healthcare defense or professional liability defense
