Systems Engineer (Level 3), RF Systems Integration and Test

Responsibilities
Work with an integrated team of Systems Engineers on the development and delivery of a high-TRL mobile RF antenna system
Responsible for ensuring the system is fully integrated, tested, and verified
Create verification and test work products for the Verification and Validation (V&V) team
Develop and implement approaches to accomplish verification of system- and subsystem-level requirements
Manage all aspects of the test lifecycle for multiple procedures, including procedure development, script development, test execution, troubleshooting, post-test analysis, and test report authorship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Hands-on experience in RF or electrical systems engineering, including test planning, execution, and hardware integration
Strong understanding of system requirements, verification, and validation processes
Proven success supporting high Technology Readiness Level (TRL) systems and mission-critical hardware
Experience integrating and verifying complex hardware and software systems at the subsystem or system level
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Preferred
Prior Lockheed Martin Test Engineering experience or familiarity with LM processes and tools
Strong understanding of system integrations, interfaces, interactions, and design principles
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical precision and data-driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Quick learner with the ability to master diverse systems, processes, and software tools
Highly effective working both independently and within a cross-functional team
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in an engineering or test environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information
