Responsibilities
Prospect bar, brewery, bottle shop, restaurant, and retail businesses by cold calling, emailing, and Facebook messaging
Meet or exceed the assigned daily activity targets
Apply the Challenger Sales approach to prospecting (overcome objections, go for the close, take control of the conversation)
Identify and manage your success indicators - be self-managing through data analysis
Establish a need for and value of our product, identify key decision-makers, and schedule demos
Manage your pipeline - from cold call to demo scheduled
Work closely with a sales management team dedicated to improving your skills and helping you grow as a sales associate and person
Utilize the assigned sales automation tools according to company guidelines
Exceed personal and team goals while teaching and learning from peers and mentors
Gauge and improve development with frequent one-on-one feedback sessions with your Sales Manager
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic and motivated individuals
Ability to engage with qualified leads to schedule sales opportunities
Develop knowledge of flagship product, Untappd for Business
Deliver on aggressive but attainable key performance indicators
Establish healthy, thriving relationships with business owners in the beverage industry
