Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineer (Sr Sys Engr) for the Trident II D5LE2 program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing, modeling, and coordinating requirements for the next generation Fire Control System
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Agile experience
Magicdraw Modeling
Leading Teams
Systems Development
D5LE2 missile or SLBM experience
FCS experience
US Navy's Columbia-class or Ohio-class submarine experience
Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
