Responsibilities
Participate in Business Development, including initiation of client contacts and preparation of project proposals
Client contact including attendance at board or council meetings
Prepare detailed technical engineering reports
Prepare plans and specifications for specific projects
Work with Construction Observers/Resident Technicians during all facets of construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
Five (5) years of environmental engineering design experience
Experience in municipal wastewater treatment and drinking water treatment design and construction
Iowa or Missouri P.E. license or EIT certification with ability to obtain P.E. license within 1 year
