Responsibilities

Apply management and analytical methodologies to evaluate organizational needs, assess project objectives, and support strategic planning and implementation efforts

Perform analytical functions including data collection, research, interviews, surveys, and data modeling to support management analysis activities

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

Support business, operational, and financial analysis activities, including budgeting support, cost control analysis, and resource utilization assessments

Apply statistical and analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, statistical process control, and risk modeling to support performance measurement and management reporting

Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate management insights and performance metrics

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including the development and use of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas

Integrate data from multiple sources, including SharePoint and Excel, to support real-time and recurring management analysis

Use advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including PivotTables and data analysis tools, to support modeling, reporting, and management decision support

Prepare written analyses, briefing materials, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Work collaboratively with senior analysts, program leadership, and project team members to support project execution and management objectives

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in support of team-based analytical efforts

Perform additional management analysis and project support duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience performing management analysis, business analysis, or data-driven analytical support

Demonstrated experience applying analytical methodologies to support management decision-making and organizational objectives

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience developing analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management audiences

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting management analysis efforts in a Federal, public-sector, or regulated environment

Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI

Experience creating and maintaining DAX formulas

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, data modeling, and data integration

Experience integrating SharePoint and Excel to support real-time or near real-time management reporting

Experience supporting budgeting, cost analysis, performance management, or process improvement initiatives

Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
