5+ years’ experience as an Executive Director in the senior living industry

Proven success in management and leadership
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5+ years' experience as an Executive Director in the senior living industry
2 to 5 years' experience in a Regional Management position in Senior Living, Nursing, Health, or related industries required
Preferred
Assisted Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Administrator's License is preferred; ability to qualify for any required state license required
2 to 5 years' experience in a Regional Management position in Senior Living, Nursing, Health, or related industries preferred
