Operations Strategy and Solutions Analyst
SwiftX Inc. is a U.S.-based last-mile delivery company committed to redefining efficiency and reliability in logistics. The Operations Data Analysis Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing key operational performance metrics across SwiftX’s delivery network.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily, including pickup/delivery on-time rate (SLA), POD quality compliance, capacity utilization, productivity, cost tracking, and ZIP code coverage
Build standardized, unified dashboards to ensure consistent data definitions across departments
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses on operational trends and issues
Perform root cause analysis on performance deviations and support improvement initiatives
Collaborate regularly with Operations, Station Management, DSP Management, Customer Service, and Finance teams to close the loop from data → strategy → execution → review
Qualification
Required
Experience in data analysis and performance metrics monitoring
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to perform root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives
Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
