Responsibilities
Create and execute engaging, impactful and unique design solutions utilizing brand assets and identity guidelines
Design, develop and create animated 2D and 3D images from scratch
Create end to end design campaigns (following brand guidelines) or motion graphics or fully animated pieces for various digital platforms
Create and design graphic layouts and animations for various digital video and social media platforms
Work both independently with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and creative directors, from ideation to execution as needed
Develop visual narratives that support customer engagement, product storytelling, and performance across digital platforms
Articulate creative vision and design rationale to team members
Able to independently prioritize during the day for creation of assets for campaigns and specialized projects
Collaborate with project managers to update project status, review edits and/or feedback from the client
Work under direction from client, producers, and Project Manager (Graphics)
Utilize generative AI tools to support concept development, asset exploration, and workflow efficiency as needed
Quickly learn and apply internally approved AI tools as part of evolving creative workflows
Use Airtable, Figma and Adobe Suite for daily projects
Ensure all deliverables are of the highest creative standards and adhere to best practices
Maintain organized project assets
Qualification
Required
6+ years related experience in graphic design or animation in a digital-first environment
Robust portfolio of social and vertical assets that drive conversions
Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, Airtable
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of motion/graphic and design best practices for online platforms, including delivery specifications and workflows
Strong understanding of digital content storytelling and customer-centric design
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
Self-starter, strong self initiative
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in New York City
