Human Resources Representative, ADP Modular Experience

Maintaining and implementing HR policies
Managing employee relations
Administering employee benefits
Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor regulations, including the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Fostering a positive workplace environment
Supporting employees in various aspects of HR-related matters
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and a thorough understanding of HR Policies
Experience with Employee Benefits programs and U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance
Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and workplace communication
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Familiarity with compensation, labor laws and HR-related regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills
Payroll experience ADP
ADP Modular experience: Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Reviews
NetSuite, Excel, MS Word
Prior experience in a similar HR role is highly preferred
Preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
