Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for credit assessment capabilities, including underwriting, scoring models, and decisioning workflows
Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and domain experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features
Define and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and guide cross-functional teams through agile development cycles
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to inform product direction and innovation

Required

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software
Deep understanding of credit assessment processes, including underwriting, risk scoring, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product solutions
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across levels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered

Preferred

MBA degree in Business or Finance
Experience with commercial lending, small business credit, or specialized underwriting domains
Familiarity with decisioning engines, credit data providers, or AI/ML applications in credit risk
Background in banking operations, credit policy, or financial modeling
