Responsibilities

Own the execution and ongoing optimization of partner-driven, B2C customer acquisition campaigns

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners and third-party vendors, managing launches, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

Analyze acquisition performance, funnel metrics, and partner results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

Build and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting to monitor campaign performance and support data-driven decision making

Collaborate cross-functional marketing, analytics, tech, and operations teams to test, refine, and scale acquisition strategies

Work closely with partners to optimize campaign structure, targeting, and incentives to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency

Identify and troubleshoot performance or operational issues, proactively driving solutions to keep initiatives moving forward

Stay informed on consumer acquisition trends, fintech and financial services benchmarks, and partner best practices to inform strategy and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA plus)

5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or customer acquisition roles within fintech, payments, credit, lending, insurance, or consumer finance

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience evaluating acquisition performance and ROI

Ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations

Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
