Partner with Training & Development on new hire orientation programs
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for improvement
Assist with onboarding and HR generalist duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2–5 years of general HR experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment
