Responsibilities
Record routine accounting transactions in the ERP system, including invoices, payments, and journal entries
Perform verification to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting policies and SOPs
Prepare and reconcile subledger balances (AR, AP, inventory) to the general ledger
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations
Prepare routine journal entries such as accruals, prepaids, depreciation, amortization, and reclassifications
Assist with inventory adjustments and inventory reconciliations based on approved physical counts
Maintain clear and organized supporting documentation and audit trails
Support audit requests and internal reviews as needed
Strictly follows company policies, rules, and Accounting SOPs
Executes tasks in accordance with defined processes and approval requirements
Escalates exceptions or issues to the Accounting Manager rather than bypassing controls
Understands and respects segregation of duties requirements
Does not approve transactions, invoices, or journal entries
Does not execute or authorize bank payments
Does not make credit decisions or approve write-offs
Performs accounting recording and reconciliation activities subject to management review
Reports directly to the Accounting Manager
Works closely with AR, AP, operations, and logistics teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of accounting experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations)
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to meet close deadlines
Preferred
Experience with accounting in an e-commerce sales environment is a plus
