Responsibilities

Creates and maintains custom corporate images for a variety of Windows-based end user devices

Optimizes OS configurations for peak performance under different operating conditions and environments – physical/virtual, on-site/mobile

Manages hardware standards and works closely with vendors to develop and maintain sustainable device roadmaps for all areas of the company

Provides operational 3rd level support and troubleshooting

Develops working knowledge of company-wide systems, equipment, and applications and how they interact to support the business. Work assignments may include 24x7 coverage

May require travel to other locations
