Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for OEM customers, establish and maintain strategic account relationships, resolve issues, and monitor customer claims
Develop and implement sales and account plans, including executive relationship strategies, coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, and structured follow-up to achieve targets
Drive market share and margin growth by identifying and securing new OEM customers through networking, webinars, and outreach; propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls
Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and hit-rate data to internal teams; monitor competitor activity and formulate response strategies while creating added value through cross-selling and ease of doing business

Required

BA or BS preferred with minimum of 3+ years related experience or additional experience in lieu of education will be considered
Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry, ABB products, and strong technical skills in application, take-off, and proposal development
Proven experience with complex contract negotiations, OEM customers, and channel partners, supported by a customer-focused mindset and quick responsiveness
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Skilled in utilizing analytical software and sales tools to drive insights and performance
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
