Key Account Manager - Tangle Teezer

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales growth across Drug and Grocery channels, managing key retail partnerships and ensuring the execution of account strategies.

Responsibilities
Drive growth with key retail partners by expanding shelf space, increasing productivity, and unlocking new opportunities through strategic planning and strong relationship management
Own overall account performance, delivering against sales, profitability, and operational excellence targets
Lead and participate in annual line reviews, new business presentations, and regular retailer touchpoints
Analyze weekly sales results and category-level data to become a subject matter expert in the brush category, identifying opportunities to grow the Tangle Teezer brand
Partner with the broader US Sales team to deliver annual targets and support future-year growth planning
Manage trade spend, fees, and investments for assigned retailers within approved annual budgets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Operations to ensure flawless execution of account strategies
Support the Senior Leadership Team with internal meeting preparation, weekly reporting, and C-suite updates
Analyze sales, inventory, and syndicated data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
Maintain accurate and timely internal reporting, including sell-through reports, sales forecasts, and launch trackers
Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend data-backed strategies to accelerate performance
Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations for both internal and customer-facing meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor´s Degree
2+ years of experience managing or supporting Drug and/or Grocery accounts, ideally within the Beauty category
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in sales, inventory, and KPI analysis
Familiarity with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen or IRI
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Highly organized, proactive, and resilient self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
