Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced onsite IT Support Technician to join our IT Department to support our fast-paced domestic and international multi-company organization. The role involves sustaining information systems, installation of equipment, and providing technical guidance to employees.

Responsibilities

Answer Help Desk phones and create tickets to track issues
Creating and monitoring support cases submitted via email and web portal
Setup and maintain IT asset inventory
Facilitate creation/maintenance of IT documents
Assist with the coordination of large-scale projects
Maintain documentation of maintenance work and issues when necessary
Provide technical support to local and remote office users on an as-needed basis
Participate in after-hours / on-call support rotation as required

Required

Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel, both in-person and via telephone
Technical competence supporting: Windows, Macs, hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets, servers), Microsoft Office suite, and standard packaged software solutions
Proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
High attention to detail and strong organizational skill to manage multiple clients and projects
Participate in after-hours / on-call support rotation as required
