Regional Accounting Manager
Aspen Standard Wealth is building a national RIA platform and is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to enhance its financial infrastructure amid rapid growth. This role involves managing GL processes, applying US GAAP expertise, and leading technology implementations during acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day GL processes, monthly close, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, budgets and cash forecasts
Apply US GAAP expertise in complex Accounting areas, including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, leases and other relevant financial reporting and disclosure requirements
Serve as a key team member during Netsuite implementation
Serve as a key finance lead during post-acquisition integration with partner companies, onboarding onto Netsuite, RAMP and other technology solutions
Act as primary point of contact for external auditors
Qualification
Required
5+ years professional experience working within Accounting in a high-growth setting, with at least 3+ years working on an in-house Accounting team (ideally in a startup environment)
Must have in-depth experience working with NetSuite
CPA certification required
Ownership: Takes full responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks—does what it takes to get to the result, and owns the consequences
Systems Building & Scaling: Designs and implements operating mechanisms—processes, roles, decision rights, documentation, and interfaces—that keep working as complexity, volume, and headcount grow
