Responsibilities

Provides leadership, mentorship, guidance, and feedback to technical team members, and holds the team accountable for meeting objectives, deadlines, and performance standards

Serve as a trusted leadership advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment with organizational goals

Provide clear leadership vision and direction for projects, ensuring teams understand priorities and objectives

Empower team members through leadership coaching and professional development, identifying growth opportunities and succession planning

Participates in meetings to ensure current resource allocation is meeting client needs, and plans for future work

Manages SAP EWM functional resources, workload, and cost management to achieve SLA commitments for multiple SAP client solutions

Applies SAP EWM configuration solutions to business/technical problems through design, analysis, integration, debugging, testing, and implementation based on requirements gathered from customers without close supervision

Leads a team of consultants for a client, taking responsibility for quality and delivery

Providing updates to executive leadership, both internal and client facing, on status of projects as required

Drive leadership-led continuous improvement initiatives across projects, promoting innovation and operational excellence

Meets with internal employee teams for coaching, mentoring, and performance updates

Assists internal teams with sales pursuits as required

Is actively involved in end-to-end testing and go-live activities

Performs other related tasks as assigned

Required

Associate degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university OR High School Diploma / GED, with 6+ years of experience working with SAP consulting experience

At least 7 years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience along with 3 year managing a team

Understanding of and experience implementing standard and custom EWM functionalities, including configuration and custom design

Has completed a minimum of 2 full SAP lifecycles

Have a strong understanding of SAP technologies

Have a strong understanding of SAP configurations and design

Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success

Ability to effectively delegate tasks, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative work environment

Understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments, fostering teamwork and alignment

Preferred

Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal agencies desired
