Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Managing assigned accounts

Identifying new opportunities to address client security and compliance needs

Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries

Developing customized strategies to meet client objectives

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions

Ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative approach

Working closely with clients to support their cybersecurity goals

Communicating effectively to address concerns

Driving the adoption of MegaplanIT’s offerings

Required

Strong client relationship management, consultation, and account management skills

Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, compliance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies

Proficiency in creating customized solutions and strategies for cybersecurity and compliance needs

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients

Proficiency with CRM tools and software

Proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively

Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field

Preferred

Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the technology or cybersecurity field is an advantage
