High-Speed Analog / RF Design Engineer
Nokia is seeking a High-Speed Analog / RF Design Engineer to join their SiGe team, focusing on the design of Driver and TIA for coherent long-haul and metro systems as well as PAM4 data center systems. Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Solid State Physics
Relevant experience from Research, Academia or Industry – across allied industries
Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics
Proven experience in one or more areas: Low noise / high linear (>50GHz) broadband analog circuits for optical front-end
Proven experience in one or more areas: High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC)
Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, 3D EM modeling
Experience in measuring IC performance and debug of design to correlate simulations to measurements
