Responsibilities

Be the Penguin Ai Ambassador: You’ll be the face of Penguin Ai in your region – part evangelist, part strategist, and occasionally, part therapist for overwhelmed prospects
Own the Whole Damn Cycle: From the initial handshake to the celebratory close, you’ll command the full sales cycle within payer / provider organisations – insurance giants, hospitals, massive medical groups, and yes, even those decision-by-committee deathmatches
Strategise with the Best: Partner directly with our awesome CRO to sculpt our go-to-market strategy. You’re not just following the map, you’re actually helping draw it
Problem-First Pitcher: Lead conversations that start with the real-world business problems our clients face, not with a flurry of buzzwords
Translator of Brilliance: decode our platform’s incredible tech-y genius into clear, compelling, jaw dropping value for every single buyer persona
CRM Wizard: Your CRM isn’t a chore; it’s your tactical weapon. You’ll wield it to deliver insights, forecasts, and learnings – cutting through noise to find the signal
Collaboration Connoisseur: Join forces with product, marketing, and our partner teams to close bigger, smarter, and faster deals than ever before

Required

Healthcare Sales DNA (5+ years): You've not just sold, you've conquered payer or provider environments. You've navigated through long sales cycles, RFP gauntlets, and committees with 8 buyers and no clear decision-maker
Startup Resilience: You can self-direct, self-correct, and self-rescue when things get messy. Because they will. And you thrive on it
Ai Whisperer: Beyond understanding buzzwords, you can explain what our platform does in language that makes buyers lean in, nod enthusiastically, and reach for their wallets
Territory Tycoon: You don't just manage a region, you build an empire within it
Executive Polish: C-level conversations don't scare you; you actively seek them out and dominate them with grace and insights
Strategic Muscle: You see the whole chessboard, the pieces, the moves: influence, value mapping, and stakeholder alignment is your superpower
CRM Discipline: Salesforce/Hubspot doesn't scare you. You make it sing
A Bachelor's degree and an optional MBA would be ace!

Preferred

Have experience selling AI, RPA, automation, or healthcare workflow tech
Have worked in (or sold to) a health plan or large provider network
Can read a room like a Vegas poker pro
Know how to ask the 3rd “why” without making it weird
