Responsibilities
Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions
Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice and strategies
Drafting legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation
Strong writing and research skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
