Director, Enterprise Sales & National Accounts

The Director, Enterprise Sales & National Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with large clients, while also leading national account strategies and expanding service offerings.
Responsibilities
Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets for assigned national and enterprise accounts
Drive expansion across new locations, labor categories, markets, and service offerings
Identify and execute revenue opportunities within existing enterprise relationships
Develop account-based growth strategies across geographies
Lead enterprise account planning with 1-year and 3-year growth strategies
Establish shared performance objectives, financial targets, and expansion roadmaps
Build and maintain senior-level relationships at client headquarters and key decision-making locations
Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned national accounts
Lead enterprise-level pricing, contract negotiations, and multi-market agreements
Balance growth, margin, and risk in long-term partnership structures
Collaborate with legal, finance, and executive leadership on contracts and renewals
Align sales, operations, recruiting, marketing, and executive teams to ensure enterprise success
Analyze industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics
Mentor and guide sales teams supporting national accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise or national accounts
5+ years of light industrial staffing industry experience
Proven success driving enterprise expansion and multi-market growth
Strong financial, operational, and strategic business acumen
Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Advanced consultative and solution-selling expertise
Proficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule
