Manage day-to-day activities of the Biomed Staff
Ensure accurate reporting of service completions
Ensure timely completion of Preventive Maintenance tasks
Ensure staff accurately report attendance
Ensure staff comply with organizational standards
Manage the schedule of the team
Meet with the team on a set cadence to ensure clear communication of organizational expectations
Manages expenses related to service of the equipment
Identify training opportunities for staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electronics, biomedical engineering/technology, information technology, or business/management
5 years' related experience, including leadership experience
State of Minnesota Department of Health Radiation Control Unit License eligible or active (if overseeing Biomedical Imaging)
Preferred
Experience working in the medical service field
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Familiarity with CMMS programs
Familiarity with NFPA as it relates to medical equipment
CBET certification
