Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of ERP master data in alignment with business rules and governance policies
Support data cleansing, migration, and validation during ERP implementations or upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, finance, sales, procurement) to gather requirements and resolve data issues
Monitor and troubleshoot ERP data errors or discrepancies
Assist in developing and maintaining data standards, SOPs, and process documentation
Contribute to ERP enhancement, automation, and data quality initiatives
Provide accurate data and documentation to support audits and compliance
Create, update, and maintain master data records (materials, vendors, customers, finance) in ERP
Ensure integrity of product, account, growing protocol, and material consumption data
Maintain data consistency across system implementations and integrations
Analyze and report on master data to identify improvement opportunities
Recommend process improvements to strengthen master data governance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
2–4 years of experience managing ERP or large datasets
Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Preferred
bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet)
Experience creating or maintaining process documentation and supporting change management
