Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Qualification
Required
Responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, high-quality user interfaces for mPulse enterprise applications while mentoring developers and enforcing UI standards
Lead development of modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
Architect reusable UI components and front-end patterns
Translate UX designs into scalable front-end code
Define UI standards and best practices
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Other duties as assigned
Expert HTML5, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript skills
Strong experience with Bootstrap and jQuery
Experience integrating REST APIs
Strong UI/UX judgment and collaboration skills
6+ years of front-end development experience
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Preferred
Enterprise application experience preferred
