Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for project coordination with vendors and client locations
Provide detailed reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
Simultaneously manage several projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards
Lead project phases from start to finish using PMBOK methodologies
Develop communication strategies and risk management plans
Facilitate bidding and contract negotiation processes
Conduct project reviews and compile final documentation for successful closure
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in project management, particularly with multi-site projects
Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Proficient in managing third-party vendors and effective communication
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while upholding high-quality standards
Preferred
Experience with lighting retrofit projects and knowledge of supply chain operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with SAP and Smartsheet
Holding a PMP certification is a plus
