Responsibilities

Set and articulate the organization’s engineering and AI roadmap
Provide leadership across software, cloud, data, and AI teams while elevating technical standards
Enhance data integrity, availability, and overall platform performance
Drive prioritization and delivery of critical technology initiatives
Embed AI-powered solutions and automation into core business processes
Oversee cloud infrastructure and manage external technology partners
Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements
Lead teams, influence stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience across software development, data platforms, and cloud environments
8+ years in senior engineering or technology leadership roles
Hands-on experience with modern AI solutions, including LLM-based applications
Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and full-stack engineering
Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive leadership
Background in enterprise data platforms and data strategy

Preferred

AWS preferred
Experience in highly data-driven or regulated environments is a plus
