Responsibilities

Create and adapt image and video content aligned with brand guidelines
Support execution of the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Ensure timely, consistent and high-quality content delivery
Support the day-to-day running of the brand ambassador programme
Assist with community engagement, comments and interactions
Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging formats
Track basic engagement metrics (reach, views, interactions)
Support reporting and learning to improve content effectiveness
Assist in optimising content based on performance insights
Handle day-to-day admin tasks for the Social & Community team
Support coordination with internal teams and external creators

Qualification

Required

2+ years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management, ideally within the North American markets
Familiarity with key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer tools
Experience working with or managing influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and community-building strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics
Proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
