As a Security Officer - Access Control Logistics in Whitestown, IN, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service in a logistics and distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location, including access control duties

Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access within the facility

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual conditions

Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access procedures as required by site policy

Document and report all security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal standards

Support emergency response activities as needed, maintaining communication with site management and Allied Universal supervisors

Required

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
