Responsibilities
Lead the support of budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple global and regional units, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
Drive process improvements in expense tracking, reporting, and financial data management for increased visibility and control
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial plans and support key organizational initiatives
Perform detailed variance analysis on operating expenses to identify trends and support strategic decisions
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple global cost centers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
Lead initiatives to improve expense tracking systems, enhancing visibility and control over costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies are integrated and supported
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Assist in the development of strategic financial plans, aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives
Manage complex financial data, including multi-currency and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and systems, fostering continuous improvement
Contribute to the enhancement of financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 Years of Experience, in related department (Sales or Marketing)
