Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end leadership for a multi-stream Sirion program
Oversee and coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams
Own program governance, reporting, milestones, and risk management
Act as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and client leadership
Ensure alignment across functional, technical, and vendor teams
Proactively manage dependencies, issues, and escalations
Support planning and ramp-up as the program scales
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project or program management experience
Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution
Experience with SaaS or enterprise platform implementations
Sirion experience is required
