Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics: overlays, lower thirds, animations, transitions, thumbnails, and social/motion elements
Build and maintain a modular design system for rapid content generation
Develop templates and motion packages for various channels, shows, and creators
Turn creative direction into clean, shippable assets that elevate production quality
Partner with the streaming team to deliver graphics that suit daily needs
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data
Prototype visual concepts with the team
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years in high-speed environments (sports, creator economy, esports, newsrooms, or digital-first teams)
Strong After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe CC skills, with a portfolio showcasing motion, typography, and systems
Experience building design systems or template libraries at scale
Ability to produce quality assets quickly
Strong sense of brand identity and current culture
Collaborative; able to turn real-time needs into graphics
Preferred
Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG
Passion for expressive environments (streetwear, sports, gaming, media)
Love of creators, fans, collectors, and their culture
