The Inside Sales Representative will engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, promoting services and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to our loyal customers to promote additional services
Answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards
Assist customers in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
Acquire the necessary information to document sales and process payments
Open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Remote Sales experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeConfidence in speakingAmbition to winSpanish fluency

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Remote Sales experience
Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs

Preferred

Spanish fluency is a plus
