Responsibilities

Develops effective and cooperative working relationships within Firm to provide quality service

Act as a trusted advisor to firm leadership and partners

Timely delivery of financial reports and analysis

Lead firm-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Ability to build scalable and repeatable modeling processes

Develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability, capacity utilization, and margin performance across service lines and geographies

Provide variance analysis and performance reporting with clear explanations of key drivers and trends

Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time reporting capabilities

Build and manage scenario and sensitivity models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and capital allocation decisions (e.g., geographic expansion, service line growth, technology investments, M&A)

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize investments aligned with firm strategy

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making

Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and financial narratives for partners, investment committees, and governance bodies

Support service line, job level, and client level profitability analysis and resource deployment decisions

Required

Undergraduate degree in accounting required

Strong background and experience with professional service firms

Advanced knowledge of Excel and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Strong executive presence and communication

Preferred

CPA and/or MBA preferred
